British Virgin Islands Sailing Itinerary

Day 1 – Nanny Cay to Cooper Island
Arrive at Nanny Cay Marina and check in to your yacht. Once you're settled, set sail for Cooper Island – a short, scenic passage to ease into island life. Join us for welcome drinks ashore and enjoy a peaceful first night on anchor.

Day 2 – Virgin Gorda & The Baths
Sail to Virgin Gorda and spend the morning exploring The Baths – a stunning network of granite boulders, caves, and tidal pools. Later, continue to Spanish Town and berth at the marina for the evening.

Day 3 – Prickly Pear & Moskito Islands
Spend the day exploring the North Sound – snorkel the reefs around Prickly Pear Island and take the dinghy to cruise past Moskito Island. In the late afternoon, head to the Bitter End Yacht Club for the evening.

Day 4 – Anegada
Start the day with a suggested breakfast ashore at BEYC, then set sail for Anegada. This low-lying coral island offers a change of scenery – think powdery white beaches, turquoise shallows, and a famously laid-back vibe.

Day 5 – Explore Anegada
Enjoy a full day to explore Anegada. Snorkel over vibrant reefs, visit the island’s flamingo pond, or rent scooters to explore secluded beach bars and lunch spots.

Day 6 – Marina Cay
Sail south to Marina Cay, a tiny island with a colourful history and calm anchorage. Spend the afternoon swimming, paddleboarding or simply relaxing in the sunshine.

Day 7 – Cane Garden Bay
Spend the morning enjoying watersports or snorkelling at Marina Cay. After lunch, sail to Cane Garden Bay and visit the historic Callwood Rum Distillery.

Day 8 – Jost Van Dyke & Diamond Cay
Sail past Sandy Cay or Sandy Spit for a swim and beach walk, then continue to Jost Van Dyke. Anchor at Diamond Cay and relax with an evening swim or explore ashore.

Day 9 – White Bay & The Bight
Start the day with a short walk to the Bubbly Pool, a natural sea-fed rock pool. Cruise down to White Bay for lunch and a dip in the turquoise water. In the afternoon, sail to The Bight Bay and toast the end of the trip with a farewell drink on the famous Willy T floating bar.

Day 10 – Return to Nanny Cay
Enjoy a final morning sail back to Nanny Cay Marina. Check out at 12pm and say goodbye to the British Virgin Islands – until next time.

• Fuel for the yacht and outboard motor (Estimate AU$300 total)
• Drinks during dinners or tours ashore are not included unless specified
• Kayaks and stand up paddle boards available upon request
• For cabin bookings, please allow approx. US$150 per person for a local "kitty" to contribute to fuel plus skipper's meals and gratuities.

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended by Mariner Boating Holidays. Travellers should ensure they have a valid policy at time of booking. Your travel insurance policy must provide cover against personal accident, death, medical expenses and emergency repatriation with a recommended minimum coverage of US$200,000 for each of the heads of cover. MBH also strongly recommend it covers cancellation, personal liability and loss of luggage and personal effects.
