WHAT MAKES OUR TRIPS UNIQUE?

Greek Islands Sailing Week Itinerary

Day 1 – Saturday
Welcome to the first day of your Saronic Islands sailing adventure! Arrive in Athens and make your way to Alimos Marina, where we’ll embark the yachts at 2:00 PM.

We’ll enjoy a gentle afternoon sail across to Aegina, where neoclassical buildings line the harbourfront and cafes spill out along the quay. Settle in, enjoy welcome drinks onboard, and soak up the start of your holiday.

Day 2 – Sunday
We begin with a swim stop at Agistri, a peaceful spot to enjoy the clear waters and get into the rhythm of the trip.


After lunch, we’ll continue to Ancient Epidaurus, where you can step ashore and opt to visit the world-famous Epidaurus Theatre, nestled in the hills nearby. Evening at leisure.

Day 3 – Monday
A scenic sail this morning takes us to Poros, arriving in time for a walk along the waterfront or a refreshing dip.

Tonight, we’ll come together for a group dinner at a taverna in town, with delicious seafood and local wine.

Day 4 – Tuesday

Take the day to explore Poros at your own pace. Wander through the town, walk to Russian Bay for a swim, or relax with a book and coffee by the harbour.


It’s a day to slow down and soak up the island charm.

Day 5 – Wednesday
Today we sail to Hydra, one of Greece’s most enchanting islands.

We’ll anchor just outside town in Mandraki Bay, where you can swim off the back of the boat or take a water taxi or walk into Hydra town. With no cars on the island, it’s a peaceful step back in time.

Day 6 – Thursday
A longer but rewarding sail today brings us to Perdika, a small fishing village on Aegina’s southern coast.

Spend the afternoon exploring or swimming from the rocks before we gather for our farewell dinner by the water.

Day 7 – Friday

Enjoy one last swim stop at Moni Eginas Beach, a beautiful, uninhabited islet known for its crystal-clear waters and friendly peacocks.


We’ll then sail back to Athens, returning to the marina in the late afternoon.

Day 8 – Saturday
Today is the final day of your Saronic Islands sailing tour. After breakfast, disembark and continue your adventures in Greece or beyond.

• Drinks during dinners or tours ashore are not included unless specified

• For cabin bookings, please allow approx.100 EUR for a local "kitty" to contribute to fuel plus skipper's meals and gratuities.

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended by Mariner Boating Holidays. Travellers should ensure they have a valid policy at time of booking. Your travel insurance policy must provide cover against personal accident, death, medical expenses and emergency repatriation with a recommended minimum coverage of US$200,000 for each of the heads of cover. MBH also strongly recommend it covers cancellation, personal liability and loss of luggage and personal effects.
